Total fees of registration for you is Rs/-7000 only,as you are a commerce graduate and want to take admission in inter course directly in case you opt to do foundation course first which is not mandatory for you than the registration fees for you will be Rs/-6500 only.you will get study material also which is included in this fees only and you need not to pay any extra money for the same.

I would like to tell you that there is no comparison between CS and MBA both are gr8 own there own places,its just depends on your interest that what you opt for.One extra benefit that CS course provide which MBA don't is that you can continue working as an independent practicing company secretary from your home or office where ever you like and need not to work as an employee of the company.

you can have provisional registration done if you have cleared your final year exams and have got result displayed on net and your original mark-sheet is awaited,in that case you can attach net copy of your mark-sheet duly attested by a recognized authority as a proof of your graduation cleared otherwise in no case you can get any provisional registration.

For admission to foundation course the fees is 3600 rs.
there are no model paper available for CS course but you can buy scanner that contains all the papers conducted in last ten years.

Well the choice of CS is definitely good as far as using and blending the knowledge of two i.e. MBA and CS is concerned completely depends on your personal expertise.
As for your second ques. No there is no exemption for MBA students in CS.
