Hello everyone, I came to know that Oriental Bank of Commerce provides education loan on Central scheme. I really don’t know about this scheme. Can anyone of you let me know about this Central scheme?

Details of Oriental Bank of Commerce Education Loan Central Scheme:-

1) Oriental Bank of Commerce education loans have interest rates that start from 7.30% p.a.
2) These rates are pegged to the Repo Linked Lending Rate (RLLR).
3) The repayment period can extend up to 15 years.
4) There is a wide range of education loan schemes for different demographics.

The Oriental Bank of Commerce Education Loan Central Scheme is available for the Indian nationals enrolled in organizations recognized under National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF).

The rate of interest is 7.30% to 9.30% per annum for the candidates willing to study in India and Abroad and for working Professionals.

The first thing I would like to let you know is that Oriental Bank of Commerce has been merged with Punjab National Bank on 1st April 2020.

From 1st April 2020, the Oriental Bank of Commerce has been merged into Punjab National Banks (PNB).
