Can I apply for scholarship if secured 8.1 CGPA in B.E. 1st year?


dear sir/mam,
i am doing b.e 2nd year now..
i have got 8.1 out of 10 in cgpa in 1st year..
i haven't apply for any scholarship till now..
am i eligible for any scholarship now..
please guide me

Yes,you can definitely apply for scholarships in the second year of engineering. You have a decent CGPA and hence can definitely apply for scholarships for which you are eligible. Usually most of the scholarships are given to first year engineering students and after that they can renew it every year and scholarships are usually given to financially weak students. However you can get scholarships and you can also appear in various contests and earn good amount of scholarship and prize money which are held in various colleges.
