I am 12th pass with 76% aggregate marks. I am from J & K state belong to Kulgam district. I want admission under scholarship scheme in some mhrd/aict/ugc approved engg.college. I have not so much sources to take admission privately. I want scholarship facility. Kindly provide me list of mhrd colleges with scholarship facility and give me chance in one among such colleges
