No, there is no such type of fee exemption for Physically handicapped in B.Tech course. The fee for B.Tech course is same for category candidates those who belong to SC, ST, PWD, etc. You need to pay the same fee as paid by the other candidates. So, I can say that there is no fee concession for physically handicapped in B.Tech course.
