why they r keeping reservation system , zone system for talened youth in india?

oc: open category
BC: backward cast
SC: Schedule cast
OBC: Other backward cast

Since we are living in a country which follow all the region and do not differentiate between inferior cast and superior cast. Seat quota is fixed in order to raise the number of applicant/candidate for a post/cadidature of any categorised cast.
I know that this would raise a question of shortage of seats among other non-reserved candidates, but for those candidates , I would like to say that they should take the OC as a category as a registered one and try their best into this category.

because they need their votes, like the congress needs.

what about for an intellengent person who belongs to oc , but he will not get govt job as he is not having any reservation . And also oc seats will sold to another persons . In this way some scam is happening

it is reservation system that goverment provide for the uplifment of the backwards,
oc-open catogry do not any benifit of reservation

st-schduled tribe
obc-other backward classes they all having the benifits according to the government scheme..totally biased..

The different abbreviations stand for, OC: open category, BC: backward caste, SC: Schedule caste, OBC: Other backward class. For OBC, SC/ST there is relaxation in the entrance exams, admission, employment opportunities etc.

they keep resevation to give chance to the bacword cast to get devllop.up to the margine.so that our nation can become a devlopped country.

my dear friend this is very crucial matter that is really reservation is necessary or not you may not might go to rural India in that you found that the condition of s.c s.t and o.b.c. are not in the condition to fight the competition they are still fighting for their existence so just think about them i m not from reserve category but still i have watch the condition ya that is true that this beneficial is also taken by most off the non deserving candidate but just think about then who really want the reservation

because they want the backward castes also to get quality education

These all the different categories in our society which get different reservation in exams and jobs
OC is other category than all listed
Sc is scheduled caste getting 29% reservation in government jobs
ST is sceduled tribe getting nearly 2% reservation
OBC is other backward caste getting 27% reservation
in all these also separate categories are there comprising of Sc visually handicapped(VH)
and orthopaedically hanicapped (OH)
the same reservation followed in all the others too.

So for common behaviour in every i.e. education,jobs etc. The reservation takes place.

the people belonging to sc, bc, obc caste are the minorities of india. the people of these castes are not well educated due to poverty. the government has made some resevation for them so that atleast they can study from a good college and make a good carrier.

You cannot compete as BC in national level because both the list are different and so though you may be bc in state but it will apply only to state exams and vacancies

but but for oc's the problem is that bc's are more problematic in any issues including education than over sc/st candidates.... be aware of that .

i think you're emotionally very touched or disturbed with the reservation system in india

ok i'll let you know the reasons for why they have framed rules like that in the constitution

mainly because to support the rural people

if we does'nt give a opportunity like that then they will not at all think about the further studies so to support them and to bring their talent out

the govt's are still giving the facility of reservation

as it brought out good results

they are keeping continuing it

and also you should really not worry about it if you're really talented

So, the distance between the SCs and OBCs only manages to understate the chasm between the top and bottom tiers of the caste hierarchy.

If you want to try something in westbengal, I would say u will be wasting your time money and energy.
Go out of kolkata bangalore, hyderabad, delhi, mumbai. There are plenty of scope. In westbengal there is the distinction of posts as well as the distinction of caste system.

People with ultimate and unique talent do not get job. People with black complextion and no knowledge gets the job and makes the state a worst place to breath in.

like all my freinds have written below about the details of castes.
this was introduce by B R ambadkar because the back ward caste are staying back ward only because of there income and seen low by the other caste.
so he thought it would help in removing this believe and making same privalliage to all indians. by this indian unemployment n poor can be removed..

The reservation system in India is important because India has still not uplifted itself from the rubbish caste system. the caste system separates human being on the basis of birth and not on their potential. so, in order to make wise and non-biased judgment about the individual it is very necessary to give them proper chance in every field which will be impossible without the quota system.
