AIEEE Eligibility Criteria :-

The candidate need to completed 12th examination from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and candidates who are appearing in the examination can also apply for this examination.The candidate can attempt three times in consecutive years.

IIT -JEE Eligibility Criteria :-

The candidate need to completed 12th examination from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and the candidate must secure at least 60% marks in their examination.Candidates who are appearing in the examination can also apply for this examination.The candidate can attempt two times in consecutive years.

AIEEE and IIT-JEE are top level Engineering Entrance Exams in India.
AIEEE is conducted by CBSE every year while by IIT-JEE is conducted jointly by IITs.
I would not be available to provide you attachments of IIT-JEE, AIEEE question papers but I would tell you some sites that would really help you.
IIT-JEE question papers can also be downloaded from the official site of IIT-JEE.
