Sir, My birthdate is 20th september,1989..Am I eligible for IES 2010?

For Indian Economic Services exam, 2010 a candidate should be between the age of 21-30 years of age as on 1st January, 2010. For Engineering Services Exam a candidate should be between the age of 21-30 years of age as on 1st August, 2010.

you need to be between 21 to 30 years on 1st august of the year of examination. ex u should be born NOT earlier than 2nd august 1980 and not later than 1st august 1989.
