Age requirement in IES exam?
Sir, My birthdate is 20th september,1989..Am I eligible for IES 2010?

For Indian Economic Services exam, 2010 a candidate should be between the age of 21-30 years of age as on 1st January, 2010. For Engineering Services Exam a candidate should be between the age of 21-30 years of age as on 1st August, 2010.

This relaxation will not be admissible to a probationer appointed against a permanent post in the Department/Office during the period of his probation. (ii) A candidate who has been continuously in a temporary service on a regular basis in the particular Department/Office for at least 3 years on the 1st August, of current year. |
