i want to take admission in B-Tech at mumbai but i m from U.P
Plz tell how i will get admission at mumbai

dear atif,
the admission in iit are purely on merit basis and not on regional basis.
apply for JEE.if you get good rank and there is seat available for you based on your rank you will be surely selected take admission in iit Bombay.

hii, if you wanna take admission in BTECH and in mumbai,then go for IIT AND AIEEE exams ,because these are are conducted all over india,and if you get good marks in the exams then you will get a college in mumbai. or else you can contact at the private colleges of mumbai that provide BTECH course and if management quota seats were available there then you can also take admission via that.all the best

for people outside maharashtra.....u can take admission in mumbai engg. colleges through all india rank in aieee.....in counselling u can give colleges of mumbai as ur preferance and can easilly get college in mumbai as every college in mumbai has resrvation for aieee.........

I f you are from u.p. and want admission in mumbai,you can appear for mht-cet,however you will get able to get admission to gov. colleges but doors of private collages are open for you,as they also have some percent of seats available for non-domicile's.

hi,

you can take admission into b.tech in mumbai colleges through:

1)you have to appear for AIEEE-2010 and fill a form of MH-CET-2010 for outside maharastra students,and you can get the seat in colleges according to the merit list prepared .

2)you can also apply against the seats under management quota ,which is present in almost all colleges of mumbai.

do not worry if you are outsider of Maharastra,
you can take in all the engineering college through national level exam like aieee,
iit jee,
so you should prepare for this for taking admission in the college of mumbai,

you are not eligible for MHT CET...
so you try as AIEEE or management quota...
if you get good rank in aieee exam then you
go NIT...
and you have bad rank then you take admission
in private college in maha rashtra...

Yes off course you can,the required thing is that you have to pass the mh-cet entrance but you dont be able to get admission into government college there.

my friend has completed his diploma in EEE from chennai.He cannot apply for BE colleges cause his course in chennai was dual degree.is there any col in mumbai which offers b.tech it.plz let me know.also let me know that if he wants to apply for be coll does he have to take any eligibility certificate from mumbai university.

give AIEEE exams, if you score good marks and rank in
this exams, then you will get a chance to get admission
in mumbai colleges like IIT and NIT or you can get admission
directly in private colleges on the basis of management seats...........
