I'm a general student and passed my H.S. with 59% in PCB. Am i eligible for Assam CEE?

If I will get 45% in PCB and PCM in 12th result. Shall I illigible for Assam cee.

If it possible then please send to me all details of cee.

Grace narks in boards are not counted in assam cee counselling this same for neet or what because in theory i got 18 with 3 grace marks what should do can i still prepare for neet
