i am a sc student, i hav scored 23.333 marks in gate, SC category cutoff is 20.54, can i get a goverment colleg, can i get stipend......

yes my dear friend you can get government colleges after getting this rank.....you are from sc category and this rank is good for getting admission in government colleges....
you can also get nit's, dce and other colleges....
