Yes ofcoures a andhra pradesh can apply for karnataka cet in reserved category that outside state quota. You have to only indicate this at the time of filling the form.

You can ofcourse apply for KCET and give the exam. All you need to do is fill the application form and get a dd for the stipulated amount and thats it you are ready to go in for your exam.

am i eligibile for mba entrance exam in karnataka could you plz give me details about mba entrance exam in karnataka.

my sister is studying in kolkata. she is interested in appearing for cet examination 2011-2012. she has done her schooling in kolkata (class1-class12) is she eligible.
please tell me the procedure.

HI,
If you are from A.P and you want to appear in Karnataka-C.E.T then I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for this exam..

In Karnataka-C.E.T only those candidate are eligible who have domicile of Karnataka..
If your brother want he can take admission in management quota..
