I Have done B.ED science Can i apply for PGT hindi in KVS

If you have passed master's degree with at least 50% with B.Ed degree, then you are eligible to apply for KVS PGT (Post-Graduate Teacher). If you have passed B.Ed course with graduation, then you are eligible only for KVS TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher). Last KVS PGT entrance held on 7th January, 2017. After getting notification, You can apply online application for the post of KVS PGT on online portal.

KVS PGT Eligibility
- You must have passed master's degree with at least 50% from a recognized university.
- You must have passed B.Ed course from a recognized university.
- You should have proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.
- You should have knowledge of computer applications.

KVS PGT Exam Pattern
- Exam comprises of two parts namely Part I and Part II.
- Number of Questions : 200
- Total Marks : 200
- Exam Duration : 3 Hours

Part I (40 Questions, 40 Marks)
- Hindi : 20 Marks
- English : 20 Marks

Part II (160 Questions, 160 Marks)
- Current Affairs : 20 Marks
- Reasoning and Numerical Ability : 20 Marks
- Teaching Methodology : 20 Marks
- Concern Subject : 100 Marks

Selection
Final selection will be based on merit rank which is prepared on the basis of performance of candidates in written exam and interview put together. Weightage of written test and interview will be in 70:30 ratio.
