You have completed M.A in Bengali so you are eligible for NET/SET exam in Bengali subject.

The educational qualification required for NET/SET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET/SET exam.

There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

Since you have completed your master's degree in Bengali, so you are eligible for National Eligibility test and State Level Entrance Test.

But you must have secured at least 55% marks in master's degree if you are from general or obc category and if you are from SC/ST category you need to score minimum 50% marks in it.

There is no upper age limit for Lectureship but if you want Junior Research Fellowship after clearing NET exam, your age must be below 28 years.

SLET is conducted by State governments for Lectureship posts. Official website of UGC NET is www.ugcnetonline.in.
