How may I do Ph.D course for Assistant professor? I'm a government employee in LICI in Assam?


I am a govt employee in LICI in Assam. i completed mphill in economics.Now i want to do phd for assistant proffessor job.so how can i get addmission in phd?

I am already doing course work of my phd. now i joined a state government job. Is it valid or not ? if not what i have to do to run both Parallelly ?

Degree from cmj university is valid in assam
