I have done B.C.A.after that i have done 1 year job in BPO as C.S.A.now i am persuing MBA.i am choosing H.R specialization,Please suggest me whether i will be able to get H.R JOB in BPO ?and what i have to do to improve my skills to get good job?

after completing ur MBA u r able to get this job............

Job description of H.R executives who handle H.R & Administration related work in bpo sector.

i hv done my MBA with dual specialization Marketing-Finance. i hv got an offer latter from IBM global process. for first 18 month i will be on calling and after that via iJP process i can be transferred in HR or finance or will be promoted. is it good to join this ? and plz tell me is there any kind of affect on body while working in voice?

hi,

i think you can try for bpo jobs (i.e., Hr ,voice based or non-voice based) and later on you can move to hr (after you get some years of experience..) bcz..some companies outsource their functional/IT areas to BPO's like hr admin, payroll, so i think you can get good opportunity in the same field...
