What is the ranking range in aieee to get admission in good engineering government institute

The good engineering government institutes which take admissions on the basis of AIEEE ranks are NIT's and DTU. The seats available in all the NIT's around the country are about 27000. In these seats about 27.5% seats are reserved for OBC candidates, about 15% are reserved for ST candidates and 7.5% are reserved for SC candidates. So, overall about 50% of the seats are reserved.

So if you are a candidate of general category then you must get a general category rank of at least 15000 to get admission in one of the NIT's or DTU.

For admissions in top govt college your rank should be above 15,000.

Some top govt college under A.I.E.E.E exam are:-

Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad
Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) National Institute of Technology, Calicut (Kerela)
National Institute of Technology, Delhi
National Institute of Technology, Durgapur
National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli
National Institute of Technology, Warangal

check the link and calculate u r rank according to the expected score.u need to get a goo rank i.e., with in 15000 range then there is a scope of getting in top government colleges.

to get a good engineering government institutes ..some guessed approx ranks for different categories are:
<25000(AIR) : GENERAL
<35000(AIR): OBC
<60000(AIR): SC/ST

If you are a general candidate then you have to get upto 2000 rank to get good college
If you are OBC then you have to get 10000 rank to get good college
If you are SC/ST then you can get good college if you achieve 1 lakh rank also'

there is no age relaxation for NDA exams for any categories.
so complete graduation and compete for CDS if you want to join indian forces.

i hav scored 86 marks in aieee 2012 and iam open category girl student.will i get any govt college in maharashtra

this year i have sought admission into x11 std. i belong to st category . iam interested in studying iit course. upto how much ranking i can get admission into iit???

I think for good nits its 12k and moderate ones it is 20k and for other govervenment good placement college its 40000 all india

-->this is the exam that is conducted by CBSE.

-->to get an admission in B.tech you have to give this exam and if you score good then definitely you will get the admission in good institute..

my jeemain marks is 84 and i had got 92.4% marks in isc board and i live in uttar pradesh should i get MLNIT college

I have got 84 marks in aieee and 88% in rajsthan board can l get good nit. lm in obc
