The Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University is not recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) but the distance programs offered by the university are approved by Distance Education Council of India.

Now, in order to make a degree or diploma acceptable for jobs under government sector, the university needs to be recognized by the University Grant Commission and since Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University is recognized by the commission, you can definitely apply for jobs in government sector.
