You can visit their official website (http://www.icf.indianrailways.gov.in/) and fill up the training application form. Now get a permission letter from your college and send it with your resume to the admin department of the company. The company will shortlist the candidates and if they find you eligible then they will call you for the selection process. Now you have to follow all their instructions carefully, so that you get selected for the training.
