Dear friend,
Eligiblity creteria for M-Tech:
*Must be graduate from B-tech from any desginated university.
*Must minimum aggregate in 50% in your graduation course.

So,you are eligible for M-Tech from nanotechnology it doesn't matter from which trade you done your btech.Because Mtech is the master course and these course totally depend on your interest.So,if you are interested in Nanotechnology then you choose these course in you M-Tech.
