you will have to wait for the next year because SCRA exam 2011 has already been conducted.The upcoming exam will be conducted on 29th of January 2012.
The application form will be available from 15th of October 2011 and you must submit your application form before 14th of November this year.As far as eligibility is concerned, you must have qualified +2 level of exam with mathematics and Physics or Chemistry, from a recognized board.

SCRA (Special Class Railway Apprentices) Exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commisssion) two times in a every year.

For this academic year,SCRA Exam was over.

Here i am providing the important dates regarding the upcoming SCRA Exam.

privious exam date;- 31-07-2011

-Date of commencement of notification : 15-10-2011
-Last date for the receipt of completed application forms : 14-11-2011
-Date of SCRA Exam : 29-01-2012

Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA) is conducted by Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) so that to select the most intelligent person and then they give the job in railway operation department after giving training.
It is very difficult exam, 1 out of 10,000 is selected. So it requires lots of practise.
Examination date-31.07.11
Notification date -26.03.11
Last date to apply-25.04.11
Freind time has gone you prepare and give next time

Since you want to appear for the Special Class Railway Apprentices exam, you will have to wait for the next year because SCRA exam 2011 has already been conducted.

SCRA i.e Special Class railway Apprentices.

This year examination was already over on.......31.07.11

Next Notification of SCRA Examination,2012 :-

Date of Notification : 15.10.11

Last date for receipt of application : 14.11.11

Date of Examination : 29.01.12

The next notification was published in the month of October in official website or employment news paper.

The application forms are available in two modes : 1)Online 2)Offline

Online :-

Candidates may apply online using the website : www.upsconline.nic.in

Offline :-

The application forms are available various designated Head post offices/Sub Post offices through out the country against cash payment of Rs.30/-

SCRA exam notification for 2012 year:

Exam notification release on 15th October 2011.
Exam notification closes on 14th November 2011.
And exam will held on 29th January 2012.
