If you would have mentioned it I could tell you the companies which could come to your campuses. Biotechnology is a research field and so post graduate students are always preferred. So, it is a privilege for you that you are a PG student not Undergraduate. You can apply to various pharmaceutical and medico companies. Apart from that clinical research labs appoint biotech students. You can find information about biotech jobs at http://www.biospace.com/. One of the best career option for you is Lectureship. Your qualification stands for Assistant professor. You should have at least 55% marks in your masters. |

Re: What kind of jobs can I get after B.Tech in Biotechnology? look basic scope of bio technology is in drug industries so i would like to suggest you that as you have completed a good degree you may forward your resume to drug or chemical industries like cipla, dr. reddy ltd, pfyzer ltd, lupin india, tesla medical, rainbaxy ltd . these companies are extremely good and they are having there separate department which is only meant for research and they hire b. tech , m. tech, msc (biotechnology) people to work there |
