LLB stands for Bachelor of Laws. It is an under graduate course of three years. There are various colleges and universities in India which offers LLB course. In order to join LLB course first you to complete your graduation in any stream. You can choose any stream between civil or criminal law stream at the end of course. After completing LLB course you become eligible to practice in the legal profession. The Career for LLB Graduate is that you can practice law in any court and can give legal Advice's and Can become a Legal Adviser. Eligibility Criteria for LLB course:- In order to apply for LLB course you should have to score at least 40% marks in Graduation. There is 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Some colleges also take personal interview before giving admission. LLB Entrance Exam Pattern:- Language Ability (50 Marks) Legal Reasoning (30 Marks) Aptitude of Learning (30 Marks) General Knowledge (30 Marks) General Science (30 marks) Social Studies (30 Marks)  In mostly top Law colleges admission criteria is very strict. First you have to pass through written exam. If you get selected in Written exam then you have to under go for Personal interview and group discussion. The selection process counted total of 100 marks with the ratio 60:40 for interview and GD respectively. Various LLB Entrance Exams:-

Hi , LLB The decision to impose age limit for LLB was taken to give the edge to candidates who have chosen LAW as their first career option. Bar Council of India go not want to give any unfair advantage to candidates from other streams who later decides to pursue LLB course. The decision of the Bar Council of India has to be accepted across the country. If failed to do so, the degree from such college would not be recognzied by the Bar Council of India. Such candidates will not be able to practice as lawyers in the courts. LLB Eligibility 1. Must have graduation degree from a recognized university. 2. At least 45 percent marks in graduation. 3. SC/ST candidates need 40 percent marks. 4. The age limit for LLB is 30 years. 5. Age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST. 1)PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION COURSE –I 2)PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION COURSE –II ->You can join the PE course -I after your 12th exams or after your graduation if you have scored less than the minimum marks required to obtain in Graduation. ->You can directly join PE COURSE-II after the graduation if you have scored more than the minimum marks to qualify for the exam. To do LLB, one must fulfill the eligibility criteria required for doing LLB, then one has to give entrance test exams and interviews. Eligibility: one should have a B.A / BSc / B.com degree with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate and 35% for SC/ST candidates. Here are some best colleges of India to pursue LLB. Different colleges have different procedures to take admission in LLB. Some conducts their own entrance exams and others do not. To apply for LLB , first you must select the colleges from where you want to persue LLB. Get the application forms of those colleges and follow the process to get admission there. The eligibility criteria for LLB is that one should have a B.A / BSc / B.com degree with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate and 35% for SC/ST candidates. There is also a 2% Weightage for the post graduate degree holders. For seeking admission in this law course the students have to give an entrance test and a personal interview..The date of examination has not yet decided.Firstly you have to be eligible for the exam by satisfying all the criterias for the exam best of luck... |

Hai, The eligibility for 5 year integrated law course is Senior secondary school examination (10+2 system) or equivalent examination with 50% of marks in aggregate. You will have to clear the entrance test. The admissions are based on the admission test result and merit generated. The candidates appearing in the 12th examination can also apply. Some institutes offering this 5 year course are:- National Law University, Delhi , Faculty of Law, University of Allahbad, Amity Law School (ALS), All the best. |
