Dear  For getting THE LAST 10 years question papers of GATE ECE: You may find the 10 year question paper for ECE Branch. the website is:www.way2freshers.com you can also get a book from a stationary like.. GK Publications Ltd..it has both, previous year questions as well as the expected questions..
