Re: After passing B.Tech with 70% how to get a company job? If your meaning of Company job <=> Software job then go through this post. Actually A company looks for a candidate who is well capable for their offering position i.e., job. for the position(On for which interview is conducted) they will check the applicants capability by their academics this is the strategy followed by most of the companies why i'am saying all these is because the interviewer will have a great concern towards your academics i.e., he will check your academics by evaluating your percentages May be most of the HR's will look at your progress from 10th to your graduation I guess if you have a forward exponential growth in your percentages only you can impress the interviewer with your marks that is for example you must have percentages in this manner 10th : 60% 12th : 70% Degree : 65 to 70% this will look good fair for the interviewer he thinks that you are a hardworker and can achieve career progress(Simultaneously company's progress) gradually like wise your percentages you may have most chances to get in to the jobs with progressing percentages Declining percentage candidates are always in danger of not getting the job. but if you have some exceptional talents like communication skills language skills exclusive subject skills then percentages will not at all matter.. So either you should have good percentages or good talent to get a excellent job ..As your percentages are looking good in the manner what I've explained you above. After completion of your B-TECH , you are eligible for off-campus and govt sector.Final year studenta are eligible for those post. If your academic marks is above 60% then you applicable for below organization. After B.Tech , you have lots of scope in govt sector like BSNL , MTNL , DRDO , SAIL , BHEL ,State Electricity Board , GAIL , BARC,ISRO,ONGC,NTPC etc. Also you are eligible for off-campus of TCS ,CTS,IBM,WIPRO,HP,ACCENTUTE ,INFOSYS etc. But your 12 th marks is below 50% so you are eligible for WIPRO ,SYNTEL,HONEYWELL etc. But you should go for Higher studies. If you have to go for higher study . Then the options are JRF,SRF,MS,MBA , M-TECH ,PHD etc. But you must be qualify in GATE or MAT or CAT exam . All the Best |

Dear friend, As you said that you have completed your B.Tech now you want to apply in private companies for that you will have to make your resume and give your all details such as biodata, qualification,your achievement etc.and send it in various companies .When companies will get your resume then they will call you for entrance exam as well as for interview .If you clear the exam as well as interview you can easily get the job in any company.For that you should have prefect knowledge in your field , your communication skill should be good,your personality should be good all these thing will help you in getting job in various companies.
