Re: Can i give GATE exam after completing BBA? dear friend, My friend as you have mentioned that you have done your MBA then you can appear in GATE.. The eligibility criteria for GATE- Educational qualification- *One can appear in GATE during the pre-final year or final year of the bachelor degree in any of these trade-engineering/technology/architecture.. OR, *One can appear in GATE during the pre-final year or final year of the Master degree in any of theses trade- M.Sc in any science subject/computer application... There is no age limit to appear in GATE exam... One can appear in GATE exam 'N' number of times.. The GATE score is valid for 2years.... So, if you really want to go for M.tech then prepare yourself , work hard and try to clear it at the very first attempt.. All the best.. |

GATE:- it stands for graduation aptitude test in engineering. it is the entrance for m.tech/me course eligibility is b.tech/be/master degree in any stream no age limit limit and no limit to attempts after completing bba you are not eligible for gate good luck |

yes you are eligible for givng the gate exam. for giving the gate exam, the student must have done graduation in any field. there is no age limit or minimum percentage required for the exam. you can give the gate exam any number of times because there is no restriction on number of attempts also. the result of the gate exam is valid for two years. this means that with the marks you gained in the exam this year, you can take admission in a college next year also with the same marks. |

Re: Can i give GATE exam after completing BBA? Students pursuing the following courses are eligible to appear in GATE exam- * B. E. or B. Tech. or B. Arch. in any branch. OR * Master's degree in any branch of science/maths/computer/statistics * Students can appear in GATE during the prefinal or final year of above courses or after completion of course. * There is no age limit. * No minimum percentage are required. Only a pass is sufficient. So, you are not eligible for GATE exam. |

ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA: The following categories of applicants aare qualified to appear in Gate : Aspirants in the second year or more in the integrated Master`s DEGREE course (post B.sc) in Engineering /Tech Candidiate with eligiblities got through tests carried out by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE Post graduate in science /stats /maths/computer application or applicants who are in thelast year of these courses Students who pursueing the last year of any of these courses The applicants who finifh B.E/B.tech /B.arch course Those who are in the third or higher year of ENGG/TECHH courses |

Re: Can i give GATE exam after completing BBA? Hello Praveen, The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering-GATE is conducted for graduate who possess a degree in engineering, architecture or technology. Candidates who possess a post graduate degree in mathematics, science or statistics are also eligible to take the test. Apart from this, candidates who have done MCA may also take the test. As you have mentioned that you have done BBA and was followed by MBA, you are not eligible to take the test. For complete information regarding GATE, go to its official website. |

Re: Can i give GATE exam after completing BBA? after bechelar degree holders in the engineering ,they can give GATE exam. and they can also give a gate exam after master degree in any branch. GATE exam has no age limit . GATE markr are applicable for all colleges and it is valid for 2 years. |

Either Candidates in the second or higher year of the Four-year Integrated Master degree programme in Engineering. only those candidates applicable . 1. for Gate as there is no age limit. 2.and no number of attempts defined in GATE exam.. 3.and also there is no minimum percentage criteria . Which is needed is talent and determination and hard work |

Re: Can i give GATE exam after completing BBA? GATE exam is conducted by IIT's and IISC, Bangalore. Only students having their Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Technology, Engineering or Architecture are eligible to appear for this exam. Candidates appearing for the GATE exam have different aims to appear for the exam, precisely students appear for the GATE exam to take admission in the engineering colleges for completing their M.Tech. There are no restrictions of age, number of attempts or minimum percentage requirement to appear for the GATE exam. GATE scorecard is valid for 2 years. During this period candidate can take admission in any institution for M.Tech. Being not an engineering student you are not eligible to appear for the GATE exam. |
