to get good marks.........one should keep more concentration on vocabulary......to improve vocabulary daily one should read newspapers,if u find any new words u should know the meaning and try to make sentence on that word.......that makes u to understand where the word used and can remember for long time ........daily at least u should cover 30 words and try to make sentence on that words prefer barrons book it will be more useful to prepare for gre .and maths all wiill be their in barrors book with solved one and with explained solution and in that u will find some model papers which as came for exam. if u have good fundamentals in maths u can score 700 out of 800,but in case of vocabulary it is difficult to score.......so keep more concentration vocabualry,at the same time solve some math problems which are forgets the models......so all the beat for you

Dear pratik,
The questions appearing in the GRE exam is strictly confidential. Sorry to inform that no question papers will be available.

As for as preparations are concerned, the GRE examination pattern will be changed from August. If you can get a seat allotment within August, take up the current format. But the availability of seats will be slim. If luck prevails and you end up getting a seat, purchase these books - BARRONS, KAPLAN, NOVA. Kaplan is good for verbal. Nova is good for maths. And Barrons is good overall.

Thinking of a 3-4 month plan,
you need to spend atleast 3hrs a day preparing for GRE.
1.5 hrs of verbal
0.5 hrs of math
0.5 hrs for taking practice tests
0.5 hrs for test review.

Incase, if you are not able to take the test in current format, make sure you prepare well for the revised format. Spend at least an year and prepare well, as the new format will be tough.

Test Software and the details for the revised test will be available at the official site:

www.ets.org/gre/

Good luck.
