if the bank is smart so are the employees, bank can only delay ur relieving letter if you leave or u not pay 50000, actually the indian govt doesnot allow bonding of employees, it can be compared to slavery, bank thinks who will do the case but better people are well aware now, and have alternate sources of income, can put bank in trouble and defame it. the only problem is what kvb offers, in PSU what u call Po actually learns true banking for first two years, they get knowledge of every area of banking, but private bank teaches them only operation related to their department and marketing pressure,. kvb is a private bank lets see how it works can anybody tell what their officers do. |

The Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) which is one of the proficient private sector banks in South India, has made an announcement relevant to the Recruitment Project 2011 for the post of Probationary Officer (PO). The details are given below: Job Details: Name of the post: Probationary Officer (PO) Scale-I Important Dates: Deadline date for submitting online applications: 2nd March, 2011 Date of written exam: will be informed later Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should possess Post Graduation in any discipline or B.E. or B.Tech from any recognized university and age should not exceed 30 years as on 31.01.2011. Candidates possessing PG or any other degree other than or without computer science should have three months computer course. How do they select? The selection procedure will be through written exam and personal interview. Based on the performance in the written exam the candidates will be merit-listed and called for personal interview.
