CBSE Class X English – Language and Literature Exam - Download Previous Years Question Papers The total marks for the CBSE Class X English- Language and Literature paper is one hundred and exam duration is three hours. The paper is divided into four sections namely Section A, B, C and D. Section A is a reading part and consists of twenty marks with three passages to attempt. Section B is writing part and consists of twenty marks and three questions to attempt. Section C is a Grammar part and consists of fifteen marks and four questions.
