You secure a seat for MBBS since your score is really good. I can predict your rank since there is no data available about the cutoffs but you can definitely expect a seat.

Very few are able to get pass through the mark of 192.
But a large amount of aspirants are able to achieve a score above 160.

Yes you may get a chance in mbbs.
Your probable rank may be below 1500, and a large amount of candidates opt out of MAHE.
Hence you have a great chance to secure a MBBS seat.

I don't think you have any chance of making into either mbbs or bds courses.
But they do not reveal the cut-off marks,so no one can guess the cut-off..!!
