Age limit:19-24yrs. 2.Naval Academy: B.Sc with physics and maths or B.E. Age limit:19-22yrs. 3.Air Force Academy: B.Sc with physics and maths or B.E. Age limit:19-23yrs. 4.Officers Training Academy: Degree from a recognized university. Age limit:19-25yrs. Final year students can also apply. |

Re: Am I eligible for CDS(2) exam if I am giving 6th semester B.Tech exam in June? As per your educational qualification you are eligible to appear for Combine Defence Services (CDS)examination. CDS examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) twice in a year in the month of August and February. To be eligible for exam, the candidate must be male and unmarried Indian within the age limit of 19 to 23 as on the date of joining. The candidate must have a graduation degree in any stream. Final year/ semester appearing students may also apply provisionally for the examination. Since final year/semester appearing students may also apply for the exam, therefore you are also eligible for the examination. www.upsc.gov.in |

C.D.S examination can be divided various course :- Air force,Army,Navy and Officer Training Academy examination. To apply for CDS Examination you need to complete your Graduation degree course form a recognised University, Final year Graduates candidates are also apply for the CDS Examination. So, When you are Pursuing your Final Year Semester then you are eligible to apply for CDS Examination. your age should between 19 to 25 Years. thanks |

CDS Stands for Common Defense Services examination and this examination was Conducted By UPSC Twice in a year. you are not eligible because you not done your graducation. in final year you are also able to appear in the exam. |
