Re: Which Exams can I appear for being a candidate of pursuing 3rd year of Mechanical Engineering? you will have the option to go for higher studies or to go for a job. But you will eligible to appear for these exams only when you are in the final year. You should have completed your graduation by the time the results are declared. If you plan to go for higher studies then you can appear for the several MBA entrance exams, GATE etc. If you plan to work then you can appear for the IES exam |

After graduation you can apply some core companies like: 1:Hindustan Motors Ltd 2:Hyundai Motors India Ltd 3:Nokia India Ltd 4:Royal Enfield Ltd 5:Addison & Co Ltd 6:Ashok Leyland Ltd, Ennore 7:Axles India Ltd 8:Samsung India Electronics 9:Sundaram-Clayton Ltd 10:Tractor and Farm Equipment (TAFE) 11:Tube Investments of India Ltd 12:Westas Wind Technology India Pvt Ltd. 13:Bharat Electronics Ltd.(BEL) 14:Jindal Steel 15:Steel Authority of India Limited(SAIL) etc..... |

Re: Which Exams can I appear for being a candidate of pursuing 3rd year of Mechanical Engineering? there are no examination for third year candidates of engineering in which they may appear. previously third year students were eligible to appear in GATE examination but this year in GATE 2012 third year students of engineering are not eligible to appear in GATE examination. only final year students are eligible for various government organization recruitment examination and other examination which are for engineering students. but third year candidates can not apply. the various organization recruit mechanical engineering students are ISRO, BHEL etc. wait for next year. next year you will be in fourth year and you will be eligible to apply for various job examination and other private job examination as well as for GATE Examination. best of luck. |

A B.Tech student at 3rd year can apply for the jobs which are conducted on the basis of class 12th. After completing your B.Tech course you can apply for the various jobs and can give various examinations. After completing your B.Tech you can apply for all the Graduate level examinations like IES,Civil Service Examination,Combined Graduate level examination and Bank PO examination. You can give the Gate examination also for admission in M.Tech courses. Best Wishes..... |
