Re: Can I apply for IBPS Exam? as u had mentioned that ur dob according to that ur presently 28.ibps institute of bank personnel selection conducting the examination for both po and.clerk.as for the po exams alreay over.but dates are still left for clerk examination. the last date for.form.filling is 24/09/2011.elgibilty criteria is 12 class with age between 18 to 28 for general candidate.3 year and 5 year age relaxation for obc and st sc.as u hd not mentioned about.category if u r general candidate u cant fill examination.r u graduate than wait for other examination for next year po exam.for filling of form and neccesary detail at www.ibps.in.wait fot the po exam if not possible this time.dont get upset best of luck |

Re: Can I apply for IBPS Exam? dear friend, A Common Written Examination (CWE) is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).. To appear in CWE you have to fulfill some criteria first. Eligibility for IBPS exam:- 1.The candidate must have complete the 12th in any stream from a recognized central/state education board. 2.The candidate must have 60% aggregate in 10th and 12th.. 3.The age should be in between 18-28 years. For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. As you have mentioned that your date of birth is 24/06/1983.. Then sorry to say you that you are not eligible for IBPS clerical exam.. Because, you have exceeded the age limit.. All the best. |

Eligibility criteria for IBPS exam - 1.Any graduate can apply for the exam . 2.Percentage required = Just Pass marks 3.Age limit = 21 to 30 years (5years relaxation for sc/st/ex-serviceman and 3 years relaxation for obc ) So , according the criteria you are eligible for the exam . My dear friend you did not mentioned your qualification details.No problem for that,I'm giving you the details about IBPS : For CLERK : 1.Educational qualification :Should be 12th pass 2.Age limittation :18 to 28 years. For PO : 1.Educational qualification :Minimum graduation 2.Age limittation :21 to 30 years. |

In order to be eligible for IBPS Clerk exam,the age limit exist for this exam 18-28. there are 5 & 3 years relaxation for SC\ST & OBC candidates. you should have complete your graduation in any stream . If you wanted to apply for IBPS PO Exam, you can for upcoming IBPS PO Exam. For this, you are eligible as per your age criteria. IBPS is conducting common written exam separately for the recruitment of Clerks and Probationary officers. IBPS PO Exan was already over on 18/09/2011 and IBPS clrek exam has to be conducted. The last date to apply for IBPS Clerk Exam is 24-09-2011. In order to be eligible for IBPS Clerk exam, one should be in the age group of 18-28 years. Relaxation is there in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC. Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for the candidates of SC/ST. If you are a candidate of General category, you are not eligible to apply for IBPS Clerk exam as already you have completed 28 years from your date of birth. If you are a candidate belongs to OBC or SC/ST, you can apply for IBPS Clerk Exam. If you wanted to apply for IBPS PO Exam, you can for upcoming IBPS PO Exam.
