For this company eligibility ; You must have more then 60%through out career. And you don't have any backlogs. And you must have good communication skills Years gap is maximum 3 years are allowed. And you also have good subject . The Selection process for HCL:- Aptitude Test. Technical Test Personal Interview. All the best |

Re: Required Qualification to get Job in HCL? hello dear, if you want to take job in HCL then you should have CGPA of 65%in B.TECH you should not have more than two year of gap.you should not have any backlog if there is any backlog then you should clear it first showing of experince will give you extra point in the company your 10th and 12th marks also be more than 60% good luck |

The best way to prepare in the written test is self study. In written test the aptitude questions is asked and you have get lot of marks to select in the recruitment process. After clearing written test round the next round will be interview and in this round according to your stream some questions will be asked and some related to your general life.
