Re: Which course is more helpful between B.A and B.Com in future? According to my research BA is usefull to acquire jobs related to teaching fields and So having a B.com, you can work as an accountant and and aslo also company administrator. So B.com is more useful than BA |

I'm totally inclined towards mathematics and statistics and i have a strong knowledge in these two. Since an MBA will not exploit my maths potential much, which masters should i pursue? should it be MA(economics), MA(operational research) ? |

It also depends in which field you want to make your career. Since both have equal opportunity in future. BA (Bachelor in Arts) In B.A you can do specialisation in subjects lie English Literature, Economics, Foreign Language, Sociology, History. After comleting B.A in Economics you can get jobs like Analyst in Investment Bank, and Corporate Companies, you can be a lecturer, after completing B.A in English Literature you can be teacher, Journalist, politics is also not a bad option. You can also become Psychologist on childhood, environmental science and criminal. B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) In B.com you will have to study subjects like Accounts, Audit, Law, Taxation, Cost Accountant, Financial Management. Following are the Job opportunities for candidates completing B.com They can get jobs in Investment companies, banks, They can also go for CA (Chartered Accountant), CS (Company Secretary), Lawyer. You can also go for MBA after completing your B.Com which will provide you with more job opportunity. Choice is your what to choose, B.A or B.Com |

As of you know if you go to appear Bank Job/LIC/Civil Services you have to complete Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University so that I think you can opt BA degree without hesitation than B.COM. |

Pupil must have minimum 60 to 70 % in 10th to get admissions in top colleges one must manage equal percentage in graduation level Quality varies in percentage of individuals ... both have opportunities but to be selected according to their marks & capacity |

Bcom has plenty opportunities than BA.... talented bcom graduates are useful for both in teaching field & company secretarial , accounting , taxation, auditing etc etc......nothing but research oriented field. here it matters about capacity of student who needs it Those who have confidence that they can put effort can opt bcom or else BA would be the alternative one to settle in life for minimum |

Also it depends on your career choice. If you are looking for positions like IAS or IPS, then or you are looking for BDO positions, then B.A. or Bachelor or Arts will be well and good for you. If you are wanting jobs in finance sectors or business domain and you want to study M.Com or MBA later on then B.Com is best for you. Now one thing here is that, if you want to go for lectureship, then any of these genres are good. Even if you want to go for MBA later on, then also B.A. is just fine. Among B.A. you can go for Economics honors or History or Geography honors. Among B.Com, general genre or Mathematics or Foreign Trade can be beneficial. Now choice is yours. |

You have to understand first in which subject you can perform well. Higher options are also there for this subject. MBA option is also there for B.A and B.Com graduates. |

When we look at the future side then B.Com is the better then the BA. B.Com/M.Com candidate are the most requirement of the multinational company. They can make there career in accounting which is very need in the upcoming days in the private and government sector. After B.Com you can do further study in the same course like M.Com which is very important and useful. |
