short term course depend on your future ideas. you can do courses on animation, communication, foreign languages,CAT GRE kind of exams coaching etc
if you mean short term course to enhance your job opportunities you can do some technical courses and get certification.being a IT graduate you will know programming basics and langguages like C,C++ etc. so you can do courses in .Net,Java,SQL,Web designing etc.
i will advice you to learn java and get OCJP(oracle certified java programer) certification which will definitely increase your job opportunities.

You have lot of short term courses available in the market but there is no need to go for all courses. You should join according to your interest that can be hardware, software or networking. According to me you should go any one from these sides.
