Qualification:B.Tech/ M.C.A/ B.C.A CG-PA:6.5% don't have any backlogs. HCL has written tests on numeric aptitude, C / C / JAVA Concepts etc.The division of marks is uniform across sections. Each section would have nearly 20 questions. This will be followed by technical and HR interviews. HCL also gives significant weightage to candidate's overall performance in his school and college. HCL is one of the top IT sector companies , which recruit many B.Tech CSe , IT and ECE freshers every year through off-campus recruitment and on-campus recruitment drives.. The eligibility criterion followed by HCL for recruitment is given below- 1.You(the applying candidate) should have minimum 60% aggregate till the previous semester(whose result has been declared). 2.You should have scored minimum 60% marks in 12th and 10th aswell. 3.You should not have any live back logs at the time of placement. 4.you should not have any year-gap in graduation. good luck |

Age should be 18 to 28years. Maximum gap is 2years. You must have good communication skills. Selection procedure: ->Aptitude Test. ->Technical Test. ->Personal Interview. Then the eligible candidate can take preparation for their next recruitment round.like as:- 1.>Aptitude test. 2.>Technical round. 3.>Group discussion(Optional). 4.>HR round. |

Re: Eligibility criteria for HCL Recruitment? Hi  HCL stands for the Hindustan Computers Limited and it is an IT company dealing with the software's and hardware's of the computers. Now every year, this company recruits fresh engineers from the different colleges, and train them for the industry. The eligibility criteria for the HCL Placements are : 1. The candidate should be a minimum science graduate, preferably in B.E/B.Tech. Final year appearing students can also apply. 2. A minimum of 60% is required in the graduation and the candidate should not have any current backlog during the placement procedure. 3. Maximum 2 years gap between the academic career is allowed. Anybody having more is not eligible to apply. I am also attaching a few past papers for the HCL. Download it, and refer to it for your preparations. Hope this helps Regards #RJ# |
