Re: How can I get admission in IIST? dear friend, ISAT Entrance Exam is conducted by Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST). Eligibility 1.>There are various eligibility conditions for the applicants, which are set by Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST). The eligibility prerequisites for ISAT Exam are given in the lines below. 2.>Only the Indian citizens can apply for the ISAT Entrance test. The candidates, who are not above 25 years of age, may apply for appearing in the entrance test. There is 5 years relaxation for the candidates of SC, ST and PD categories. 3.>The candidates belonging to General and OBC categories must have obtained minimum 70% marks in aggregate in Class 10th or equivalent examination. The SC, ST and PD categories’ candidates must have passed qualifying examination with not less than 60% marks in aggregate. 4.>Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent should be cleared by the candidates, with at least 70% marks in aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), from any recognized state/national Board. 5.>For the SC, ST and PD candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% marks in the qualifying examination, from any statutory Board. Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST)  every year IIST conducts the entrance exam known as ISAT exam,. the minimum educational qualification needed - at least 70% in 10th standard. minimum 60% in 12th in PCM (PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY,MATHS). The test will be conducted in the third weekend of April, 2011 in several centers across the country. Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) Dear Friend IIST conducts its separate entrance test for admission in undergraduate programs in Aerospace Engineering and Avionics. The entrance test is name IIST Aptitude Test or ISAT. The entrance test shall be conducted on 21st April 2012 for admission to the session starting in Mid of 2012. You can apply online (only online application) for the entrance test from 1st November onwards. The online application for ISAT will be done on http://www.iist.ac.in/. The complete advertisement for the exam is not yet available. It should be available shortly on the IIST website. |
