Re: Why most students prefer CBSE over another other board? 5% grace marks will be added to CBSE class X percentile while comparing to marks of class X of Karnataka State Board, during admission to class XI (1st PUC) of Karnataka P.U. BOARD. For example 93.1 percentile is equal to 98.1% marks in Karnataka state Board exam of class X 92012-13. Is it true. |

Most of the students who are studying in India are preferred for CBSE syllabus only because it's high standard and Indian level. where as local state syllabus is not that much of standard. And main difference is the science subjects which are given in CBSE syllabus are excellent, though somewhat less standard in mathematics. So most of the students prefer to study CBSE and ICSE also. |

Dear pal, there is nothing more special about CBSE .It is the thinking of the parents that they have some extra benefits.In most case it is not the student who choose CBSE it is their parents who joins them in that course. I admit that it has certain things better than State board syllabus.Some are below They choose how to analyse the problem and will give similar problem in the exam not the same only. It has practical application More than 75% syllabus of Most of the national level exam is based on CBSE syllabus Students who have studied in state board also have reached a greater position .So it is the aspirant who needs to put effort to acquire knowledge |

Why most students prefer CBSE over another other board? why most of the students perfer CBSE than anyother board..please tell me the reason for that |
