Re: What should I do to take admission in MCA being a candidate of B.Com?

Dear pal,
for doing MCA one should have chosen maths in his higher secondary failing to chose maths you will not be eligible to write the entrance exam. MCA is a 3 year masters course in computer application. Entrance exam is conducted both in national and state level.
There is no relation between B.com and MCA it seems you are diverting very much from your bachelor degree. M.com will be apt for you as doing specialisation will help you to get into good position. You are also eligible to do MBA .choose wisely all the best

if you had mathematics paper in your 12th then may be you are eligible for MCA study. but i think to be confirm you have to contact with any MCA institute or university. they will tell you about your eligibility. you may eligible for BCA but not for MCA.

to take admission in MCA program you have to appear in MCA entrance examination. after appearing the entrance examination if you crack the entrance examination the according to your rank you will get chance to take admission in MCA under that university. there may be some institution which does not conduct any entrance examination. they take admission according to your 12th marks and graduation. if you do not get chance to take admission in good institution then try for this type of institution.

MCA study is totally different from B.Com. MCA is totally study on computer application whereas B.Com study is study on commerce. it is always better to explore your career in that field in which you have done graduation. so it's better for you to go for commerce related study. you may go for M.Com or MBA or any other commerce related study for which you are eligible.

MCA is also a good score. after MCA scope and job opportunity is very good. if you think that you have lots of interest on MCA and you want to do MCA then take admission in MCA if you are eligible.
