Re: How can I join Engineering after BSc? dear friend, After BSc,your marks should be min 60% aggregate at the U.G. level,can give lateral entry into the second year in the B.Tech course. You have to appear the entrance exam and secure good rank to get better colleges with your choicefull trade. thanks... |

Re: How can I join Engineering after BSc? Sure, you can join engineering right after completing BSc degree. For this you have to appear for GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination which is for admission in engineering program of IIT's and other engineering institutions. GATE Examination is conducted by Indian Institute of Science and Indian Institute of Technology. Official notification for GATE-2012 has already been declared and examination are going to started from January 2012. |

Dear pal, You can join the engineering course by lateral entry.All the state entrance exam and counselling has provisions for the graduates to enter Engineering directly into the second year. You need to apply separately and the counselling will be held admission is based on your degree marks. But the national level exam like AIEEE,IIT JEE, do not have provision for lateral entry |

Re: How can I join Engineering after BSc? science graduates may permit to join engineering course in the second year along with diploma holders through lateral entry. And if you have B.Sc. degree with mathematics as a subject and 60 per cent aggregate at the U.G. level can gain lateral entry into the second year or III semester of the B.E. / B.Tech course. You have to appear the entrance exam and secure good rank to get better colleges with your selected trade. good luck.... |
