Off-course you are eligible for UPPCL, you can apply for UPPCL exam, i think percentage criteria in this exam is above 65% and the afe limitation criteria is you should have 21-30 years in case of general, age relaxation is only allowed for sc/st students. |

Essential Qualification : Bachelor degree in Electrical Computer Science & Engineering Electronics Tele-Communication Information Technology Civil Engineering from an University OR from an Institute established under the law of Uttar Pradesh or from any other Institution recognized by State Government or a degree or diploma recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Government.. General and OBC candidates should have minimum 60% marks in aggregate and SC/ST category with minimum 55% aggregate marks and physically handicapped with minimum of 40% aggregate marks yours case is in border may or may not they accept your form so better to apply and i think you have 75% chances of acceptance....as 59.8 is equivalent to 60%.. Age : must be Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years as on 01-01-2011.. |

In B-tech some stream are eligible to apply for UPPCL -ECE BRANCH -CS BRANCH -IT BRANCH -EEE BRANCH -CIVIL BRANCH Now you are not eligible,because you said that you are pursuing B-tech.
