After filling the part-1 registration form,you will be getting the pdf file,which contains bank a/c number and your application form number.Make that pdf file print out and take that print paper to near by any sbi bank and pay the amount.He or she will give the reference id,bring that refernce id and complete the part-2 registration. After clicking on submit button,then only your application form will be send to the concern department. This is the procedure to fill the application and payment to pay. For upsc exam,you cannot pay through your debit/credit. |

As per the SCRA notification, the females/SC/ST and Physically handicapped candidates, they need not to pay any fee at all to apply for this exam. -All other candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs.50/- either by remitting the money in any branch of SBI by cash or by using Net Banking facility of SBI by using VISA/Master card/Debit card. -Candidates may apply online using the website http://www.upsc.gov.in/ Detailed instructions for filling up of online application forms are available on this website. |

DETAILS REGARDING SCRA How to Apply: (a) Candidates may apply Online by using the website www.upsconline.nic.in Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available on the above mentioned website. (b) Candidates may also apply offline in the Common Application Form devised by the Commission for its examinations which can be processed on computerized machines. This application form along with an Information Brochure containing general instructions for filling up the form, an acknowledgement card and an envelope for sending the application is obtainable from the designated Head Post Offices/Post Offices throughout the country as listed in Appendix-III of Notice against cash payment of Rs. 30/- (Rupees thirty only). Form can be purchased from the designated head Post Offices Post offices only While filling up the application form, please refer to detailed instructions given in Appendix-II(B) of this Notice. Note:- The applicants are required to affix the postage stamp of Rs. 6/- on the Acknowledgement Card and send the same along with application form to UPSC.If an applicant Fails to affix the postage stamp of requisite amount his/her acknowledgement card will not be dispatched You should also write the name of examination viz."Special Class Railway Apprentices' examination,2011" on the envelope before dispatching it to "Controller of Examinations,Union Public Service Commission,Dholpur House, Shahjahan oad, NewDelhi-110069". |

If you want to pay cash to bank then do it before applying. Mention your purpose in the bank and you will get the challan, the details of which would be required at the time of application. Re: How to pay SCRA exam fees Online? for SCRA(Special Class Railway Apprentices) Examination there are two option by which you may pay fees online and also one option to pay the fees offline. the examination fee is Rs.50/- to pay the fees first of all fill the details of part I registration and click on submit. after that fee payment option will come. you may pay fees online through SBI internet banking facility. otherwise by using SBI visa/Master credit/ Debit card. if you use SBI ATM card then you should have mobile registration. in othe way you may pay the fees offline. for this after Part I registration download the pay in slip. and pay the fees through any SBI branch. there is no extra cost for any type of fee payment. you may use any one process from this. SCRA examination is conducted by UPSC. here i am attaching the notification for SCRA 2011 examination which will be held on 31st July, 2011. the last date to apply online for SCRA examination is 25thApril, 2011. visit the website click here for Part I registration or visit the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in for part I and Part II registration.
