do i need bachelor of science or engineering to do genetic engeneering.

Yes, you can go for it.

But you can only pursue M.Sc from genetic engg.

ICAR and IISC provides the facility for these course.

But you cann't apply for the M.Tech from genetic engg. you can join the B.Tech genetic engg. course.

When you will complete your B.Tech from genetic engg then you can apply for M.Tech genetic engg.

Otherwise you can also apply after your p.g for ph.d in genetic engg.

Eligibility :- candidates should complete B.tech course in Genetic
Engineering is based on the marks of 10+2 and creck the entrance exams conducted through JEE for admission in to IIT’s .
