Re: Can I do Aeronautical Engineering having completed Diploma? Yes, you are eligible to join for Aeronautical Engineering after completion of your diploma. For that you have to crack the entrance exam and you will get admission directly into the second year of B.Tech/B.E. This is called Lateral Entry and every can conducts its own lateral entry entrance exam. |

Re: Can I do Aeronautical Engineering having completed Diploma? No you cannot apply for Aeronautical engineering course after 10th. You need to complete 12th with minimum 50% marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. To apply for this course you need to give entrance exams. Some of the IITs are also offering aeronautical engineering course.Some institutes take admission through their separate entrance exams. Diploma courses are offered by many Polytechnics which you can apply after 10th. Re: Can I do Aeronautical Engineering having completed Diploma? dear friend, Yes, my friend you can do aeronautical engineering after completion of diploma.. For that you have to appear in lateral entry exams like- Polytechnic, JELET etc. Different states organize different lateral entry exam. After qualifying in any of these exam you can take admission in BE/B.tech course in 2nd year directly. So, go for the exam. All the best. |
