CRITERIA FOR NET EXAM:- Those candidate have completed masters degree from recognized university are eligible for NET exam. For general and OBC candidate must be hold 55%above in masters degree. SC/ST candidate must be hold 50% above in masters degree. Part time course are not eligible for NET exam. For Junior research fellowship course your age must be in between 19 to 28 years. For lectureship ,There is no upper age limit but the Minimum age is 19 years. NET exam is conduct because of govt college lecturer and PHD entrance. |

i think the upper age limit for csir,jrf/NET is 28 years. Howver there are some relaxations for the SC/ST/OBC, Phisically handicaped and female candidates. The relaxations period is about 5 years. Please consult CSIR branches for further clarifications. I hope your are from Thandur ( Mahaboob Nagar Dist) and studied in ________ college. If so please contact through mail. Re: Age limit for female candidates in CSIR-JRF Entrance Exam? Any candidate who has scored 55% in MSC or equivalent can appear for the exam. There is an age limit of 28 years to appear for this exam. There is a relaxation of 5 years for those belonging to SC/ST, Physically handicapped and OBC applicants. This relaxation is there for women too. You can visit the CSIR site to know the details of the exam. |
