Age 21 to 28 years. There will be two tests. 1. Preliminary exam objective type for the selection of candidate to main exam. 2.main exam written to select the candidate to personal interview. If it's UPSC then.. the first class is not compulsory for it.. but for you it's required , for you satisfactions, it ll motivate you in positive way for your carrer which ever you may choose..
