Re: Am I eligible for IFS Exam being a candidate of 12th with Biology and currently pursuing BDS? dear friend, Eligibility for IFS exam:- 1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade. 2.Candidate must be a citizen of India. 3.candidates age should be in between 21-30 years. For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. As you are now pursuing BDS course then after completion of that you can apply for IFS exam... So, go for it.. All the best. |

I have done my gradution in B.A.M.S(Bachealor of Ayurvedic medicine and surgery) having physics ,chemistry ,biology and agriculture as the subject in my 12th standard ,am i eligible to appear in IFS exam |

if you are looking for details about Indian Foreign Services then its simple you have to follow the procedure what a IAS aspirant does. that is clearing CSE(Civil Service examination). Now about Indian Forest Service The Indian forest officers are recruited in four ways that are as follows :- ->Initial Recruits. ->Emergency Commissioned/Short Service Commissioned ->Direct Recruits or also called as Regular Recruits. ->Promotees. 70% of recruitment is done through Direct Recruits method which is nothing but an All India Level competition is held for the graduates with Science background.
