You can get form from CANARA BANK branches of following city in Gujarat:- -Ahmedabad (Rewdi Bazar; Ashram Road Branch; Bhadra Branch; Naroda Road Branch) -Rajkot (Tricon Baug) -Surat (Kotsafil Road; Majura Gate Branch) -Vadodara (Prof. Manik Rao Road; Vadodara Akota Branch) if you not get form you can fill the form online. |

Dear friend, ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IIT-JEE :- 1.The candidate must have passed their 10+2 examinations from a recognized board with physics ,chem and math. 2. You must score 60% above in 12 th. If you fulfill the above criteria then you are eligible for IIT JEE. AGE CRITERIA:- Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years. IIT JEE SCHEDULE:- Form availability - 11th November, 2011 Last date for submitting form – 5th December, 2011 Availability of online forms for IIT JEE 2012 – From 11th November 2011 to 10th December 2011 IIT JEE 2012 date – 8th April, 2012 (Sunday) IIT JEE 2012 Result declaration date – 16th May, 2012 So you are eligible for 2013 IIT JEE EXAM. Cost of the IIT JEE form- For GENERAL and OBC-1600 For SC and ST -800 All the best. |

SC/ST/PD Male candidates-- Rs. 800/- 3. Female candidates. –No Cost . It is FREE The last date to apply online is 10.12.2011 The application form cost offline IITJEE is as given below:: 1.GE/OBC Male candidates -- Rs. 1800/- 2. SC/ST/PD Male candidates-- Rs. 1000/- 3. The IIT JEE forms can be filled online or offline.For the online form fill up you have to visit the official website of IIT. The offline forms are available to various branches of Axis bank.The selling of the forms has started from 11th November 2011.The form will be sold upto 15th of December. You can contact the designated Axis bank branch for the IITJEE form. Best Wishes.... |

Application Form for IIT JEE In order to apply offline for IIT JEE 2012..you can buy the forms from your nearest Union Bank of India Branch or your nearest book depots.. The forms have become available since 11th November,2011.. You can also apply online if you like.. just Click Here to apply online.. The IIT JEE 2012 forms cost :- For general category males : Rs 1800/- For OBC/SC/ST males : Rs 1000/- For all females : Rs 200/- In order to appear for IIT JEE 2012..you should have passed out your 12th in 2011 or should be appearing in 2012.. You should also have an aggregate of 60% in PCM in your 12th boards.. You need to attach the 10th pass certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer or by your school principal from where you are going to appear for 12th..
