Dear pal, The forms for the exam can be downloaded from the website or they can be got offline.The forms are available at the selected branches of the Axis and IDBI bank.The cost of the application is Rs250. The application form need to be filled and send to the address Project manager, all India management association house, 14 institutional area, lodhi road, new Delhi 110003 admit cards for the eligible candidates will be despatched to the address mentioned in the application form . all the best |

Complete list of the bank relating to this has been attached with this post. See Attachment below. If you didnt get your residing bank location then you may get the same via the postal service. Fee: This can be obtained by the payment of Rs. 250/- For DD. You have to spend Rs. 350/- in favour of NIFT, payable at New Delhi.
